Everybody does it, I do it, my friends do it. Its all part of healthy sexual development and is proven to have a positive effect on your general health. Religion shouldnt come into it at all. You can be a good christian or catholic or hindu or whatever and still masturbate. The way I see it God gave us sexual organs for a reason.
