is 11 an early age to get your period?!

Question: Is 11 an early age to get your period?
is that a early bloomer?

Answers:

try 9 love, i had no idea what was happening lol

but girls can have it from ages 5-18 (i know a girl who's 14 and still hasn't started)
it depends on diet, health and genetics. i'd say your about normal :)
congrats on the new milestone in your life :)

No. "When girls begin to go through puberty (usually starting between the ages of 8 and 13), their bodies and minds change in many ways. The hormones in their bodies stimulate new physical development, such as growth and breast development. About 2 to 2? years after a girl's breasts begin to develop, she usually gets her first menstrual period"

If you or your parents eat a lot of meat, you could go through puberty sooner.

Meat and dairy protein makes you grow faster (like baby cows grow really fast)
Also there are hormones/ antibiotics that could have these effects

or could just be natural - how was it for your relatives?

Women can start their periods from the age of 10-18. Yes 11 is an early bloomer, but its perfectly normal.
Theres even girls who have started their periods at the age of 8!!

It's sixth grade, and most people start in middle school. It could be earlier, but it's fine.
