Medically anal sex is not the best intercourse because the rectum does not lubricate itself causing tearing and scarring which could lead into small things like infection towards severe things such as cancer. If you wish to continue on with anal intercourse I would recommend massive amount of lubrication try to get into the most comfortable position and mentally prepare her by telling her to relax because most likely the body would tense up the sphincter in her rectum causing it to create more pain and more likely of infection. *Also please keep this in mind if you are going to do anal intercourse DO NOT GO INTO THE VAGINAL AREA that would lead into a lot of problems for her and could cause infections because of the bacteria and flora from the rectum going into the vagina. Lots of lube and being relaxed is most important. Start small (fingers or toys) and work your way up to the penis. Starting off with a penis makes it hurt too much and risks injury.
