So, I had to poop about an hour ago but i was really really constipated to the point where it was really painful, so i just stopped trying and hoped that I would be able to poop more easily later.
Just now, i tried to finger myself but it felt like my vagina was very tight, and like there was a large bone beneath the skin there. i don't know if this is only because i'm constipated, or if it's permanent and i'm really scared. is it only happening because i'm constipated?
Please answer seriously, this is kind of scary for me.
I'm also not a virgin if that makes any difference. and no, i have no STD's. I was tested.

It's definitely possible that your constipation is putting pressure on your vagina. Just wait until you have a bowel movement and then check again.
