Question: Can you exercise when you have diarrhea/loose stool?

This afternoon I had like, a stomach flu attack or something..I don't know what happened. I had terrible gas pains/cramps in my stomach, it was so bad I couldn't move and I had to hold my breath.. It felt like contractions or something, I felt a little nauseous too, then I went to the bathroom and went 2# really bad (sorry if it's gross)
then a few minutes later I went again.. then it happened one more time a few minutes later..The last time was softer. I felt sick.. but after I rested for a while I felt COMPLETELY better. I don't know if it has something to do with my "monthly" or just something I ate?

If I don't have those cramp attacks again, can I workout tomorrow?

Answers:

Sure you can, as long as you feel up to it. Just make sure to drink some extra water tonight and tomorrow, since you could be dehydrated from the diarrhea.

ASLONG as you have taken dyrolite sachets to rehydrate your body and drink lots of water before after and during and throughout all day then yes u should be fine :) but stay near the loo lol or dont eat thats what i do for a day or two i dont eat and take a pill to stop me getting runs again.
