AGHHH First Period?!?!?!?!?!

Periods are irregular up to 2 years from the first time you get them. Other girls body's work like clockwork and get theres every 28 days from the word go! Periods can last from 2 days up to a week. Your body will sort its self into a pattern eventually and you will get used to it.

Also, if you have cramps, place a hot water bottle on your tummy and curl up in a blanket and watch a movie, this is what i do when i hvae mine. Dont let periods stop you from doing your usual daily routine. You can still go swimming with a tampon in, you can play sports. Everything you used to do, you can still do. Periods just show you that you are developing into a woman and that your body is healthy.

It could be the beginning, is there any blood when you wipe? Just ask your mom since you guys can talk about it, I'm sure she would be happy to answer any of your questions.
