Question: Is there any way that I can make my period start quicker?
I'm 18 and yes, I started having periods a long time ago but I'm going on holiday to Spain soon and I want to be able to swim in the pool. I've got the pains that you get before it starts and my breasts are hurting/tender but is there anyway that I can make it hurry up and start?

If you're going swimming, use a tampon, or don't even worry. Water stops blood flow when you jump in. Just don't swim if you have bad cramps.
Also, weird yes, ask your girl-friends if they are on their period. If so, hang out with them. It may or may not start your period. Works for me.

You cant make your period hurry up but you can defer/put off periods using tablets.it's easy.try it.ask from a doctor then he will prescribe.
