Puberty has a lot to do with it I'm sure. High levels of estrogen, which happens right before your period could cause your boobs to hurt as well.

Also when your on your period they can hurt to. It's completely normal.
They are just growing. Plus puberty and all the hormones can make them sore at times... Hang in there! :)
