4.PRAY TOGETHER TO STAY TOGETHER



Method:
Touch the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger with the other three fingers straight.
Specialty:
Since it is a mudra of knowledge, knowledge enhancement. The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When you press these centers by index finger two glands work actively.
Duration:
No time duration of this mudra. You can practice sitting, standing or lying in bed when and where you have time.
Benefits:
Increases in power or memory and sharpens the brain
or improves concentration and prevents Insomnia
o If practiced regularly, will cure all psychological and mental disorders, hysteria, anger and depression.

for ENTIRE human body the rule is---
USE IT OR LOOSE IT....
SO to keep ur brain active--
1) indulge in activities that help u in ur BUISNESS,eg if u r a DOCTOR read medical books,etc.
2) solve various PUZZELS staring with the simple one then moving towards THE difficult ones.
3) give ur mind REST in form of 6-8 hrs of sleep..( no thoughts in ur mind at that time).
4) MEDITATE as it does improves ur MENTAL FUNCTION esp ur CONCENTRATION power..
5) have good NUTRITIOUS FOOD
6) have company of good & forward looking people..



Do more crossword,sudoku,brain-teaser,scrambler.… puzzles
Read Panchtanthra stories more often
Play with little kids more often, duly observing their style of thinking/behaving/questioning...
Stop any mental activity at the point where you are fatigued-have diversion.
Relax more with music, comedies, hearty laughs etc.



do YOGA everyday for 30 minutes

WALKING
LAUGH 30 TIMES LOUDLY IN A DAY, 30 TIMES SLOWLY & 30 TIMES IN INTERNALLY IN A DAY
LOVE TO SOMEONE(GIRLS, THINGS, HOBBIES)
MAKE HAPPY TO ATLEAST 3 PERSONS

Do meditation and try not to think anything at least for 5min daily. When it comes for food you can eat lady finger vegetable. Which keeps stimulating your brain.

Play SUDOKU, PUZZLES,
READ GOOD BOOKS.
Do not use calculator for sums. Make sums with your brain.



for deep concentration i used to have sound sleep and immediately after awaking i start the work as at that time is my brain is much more active
