What would these symptoms lead to?!

Question: What would these symptoms lead to?
I went to the bathroom earlier and it hurt really badly to urinate. I felt like I had to pee, but I couldn't and it was really hard to. However, I had to get back to class and still had to go. I tried again later, and the same thing. I noticed discharge, along with some blood which shouldn't happen because my period ended a week ago. I still feel like I've been holding it all day but I'm really not able to. It's a constant pain throbbing in my clitoris, too, but I don't know why. This is really embarassing and painful, and I'm hoping it's just an infection or something. What else could it be?

Thanks, I appreciate it lol

Answers:

This could be an infection, but it could be rephraccia. Rephraccia is very serious, as it starts with a throbbing pain, to an intense, roaring, stabbing pain in the abdomen. Fever and nausea are imminent, and then your blood will begin to clot inside your veins and arteries. This will result in cardiac arrest, which will lead to death.

Go and see a doctor.
