Question: Sleep problems. How to sleep better?
I can't sleep. I sleep really late, around 2-3a.m. and I have to wake up at 7a.m. for school. Sometimes I don't go school because I'm tired. I'm very healthy, I just can't sleep. I tired everything that came to mind. Do you know what'll help me get to sleep - not medicinal, I'm not allowed. Tried for 3 weeks, but it didn't work. Are there like candles or tea's, if so, can you tell me the names of them. Thanks.

chamomile, catnip(plant), hobs are some plants that can be used to make tea for relaxing the body and inducing sleep



hi this may sound funny but try taking a hot bath. it relaxes you...lol it works like a charm for my 2 month old daughter and husband.
