Breast size is not genetic. It is just who you are. My mom has a D cup and I have a b cup. I doubt I'll grow two full cups in a year or two. I'm 17 and they're just about done growing. Breasts can grow all the way up until you are 21, and they will get bigger when you get pregnant. In the mean time you can do some exercises to increase your chest muscles to make your breasts appear larger. Eat a diet with enough fat in it and keep up good exercise. There is really no way to increase the breast tissue within the breast.
