Can Someone PLEASE Give Me Advice!?!
Question: Can Someone PLEASE Give Me Advice!?
Answers:
If you have already been taking the pill for 4 months you'll most likely be fine. Wait for your period. Do NOT take plan B on top of the pill as it can royally screw up your hormones. Yes, it CAN hurt to double up on hormone treatments!
Plan B is not any more effective than using the pill properly, and depending on how long ago this incident occured, it may not be a viable option by now anyway. It is meant to be used when you are not already on some form of contraceptive and within a maximum of 72 hours from the incident in question. If it was recent and your period is due so soon after, you were unlikely to be ovulating anyway.
Plan B is a back up plan for any contraceptive including birth control, since it is not always 100% effective. I know many people who have become pregnant while using BC. You need to take the plan B pill within 3 days(72hr.) after unprotected sex for it to work effectively. Go to Plan B's website. FAQ is very helpful http://www.planbonestep.com/plan-b-faq.aspx . Also there is a time calculator at the bottom left hand corner of photo http://www.planbonestep.com/what-to-know-plan-b.aspx
I personally used this once before, I see it as a kind of comfort blanket. No worries. Good luck :)

if what you are saying is accurate then your due for your period pretty much in one day [it is a half hour away from midnight here which will make it saturday.] if that is the legit day you are going to start then it is way too late to get pregnant. UNLESS you ovulated late this month and actually aren't going to start until LATER. but you won't know that until you start. and considering you do a good job on the pill i'd say don't waste your money. chances are possible but slim. but if you are super worried you can if you want.
honestly though, i wouldn't worry.
i know ALOT about ovulation and how the body works. plus i'm a mommy. ^_^
if you have been on the pill for 4 months it should be fine. it normally takes 3months for new birthcontrol to kick in.. you could take plan b anyways, just in case.. it couldn't hurt but i think you will be fine and don't need to worry. just be sure to get plan b before the 72 hours is up!
good luck.
