Question: Question for a doctor or gynecologist or a just a female?
My friend, who is a girl, got kicked between the legs, multiple times. And she was saying that is hurt to walk and hurt to sit. Should she see a doctor, and why? (Dumb question, I know why, but what could have happened when she was kicked?)

Okay, she is probably just bruised, and bruised pretty badly from the sound of it. She is going to be very sore until the bruising goes away.
She doesn't necessarily need to go see a doctor.
However, if the pain gets worse or she notices any serious swelling, she should see a doctor. It could indicate internal bleeding or damage to the pelvic bone.
