This is healthy and not anorexic right? Please help me.?!

Question: This is healthy and not anorexic right? Please help me.?
I actually really need advice/answers. Please help-

I think I am retarded- I am 150 pounds and 5'4- so yes, a little bigger. Just in my abs.

I am trying to loose weight, mainly so I can get back to running to improve my speed. My weight has held me back because while I was running, I would eat a lot of carbs to keep going.

But now (as in the past week/ few weeks) I run only about 15 minutes a day, and then do intense weight lifting work outs and then ab workouts to focus on shedding the stomach fat off.

I think I eat about 800 calories a day- But people say I should eat 1200. If I eat 1200 I won't be exerting as many calories as I am taking in each day, so that just sounds stupid to me If I have to loose weight. I don't feel dizzy, and I still workout. I eat healthy foods only. no junk food. My typical eating would be..

Breakfast- Oatmeal w/banana
water water water
snack- large apple
water water water, carrots carrots carrots - baby carotts about 15-20 a day.

dinner- 2 egg omlett w/ 1/2 tomato, green onion, cheese, salt, pepper and WATER

after my workout I drink whey protein 4 oz.

So whats up? Is that okay? I don't feel like I am over doing my self, It isn't like I am running 4 miles a day ( though I wish I were) because I am eating less.... So if I really MUST increase my calories where could I improve with keeping the calories LOW? Trust me, I am not going for anorexia, which is why I am asking- I want to be freaking healthy!!!!!!!!!

correction- I have been healthy for so long. I want to LOOK as healthy as I know I am! THANKS!!

You are doing pretty well. There is just three areas that are messing you up. Cheese, eggs, and the protein drink. You get all the protein you need and the protein in the drink only will help you lose bone mass. Americans suffer most from over proteinism the protein in the diet forces the body to use calcium to process it and protein blocks the absorption of calcium.

So Americans suppliment their diets with calcium but still suffer bone loss more than most nations because the high protein diet blocks the absorption of calcium. The cheese and eggs are high fat content foods. You can drop them from your diet and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

I'm vegan. 5' 9" and weigh 135. I've never suffered for eating healthy whole food simply prepared. Rather it has helped me keep my weight normal while most all my friends from years ago have gained 30 to 40 more lbs.

If you eat whole foods you should eat till you feel full. And you will lose the undesired weight and gain the muscle you need from exercising. God bless you with health and happiness.

I am a runner and do a lot of exercises. I think that if you are going to eat just 800 calories per day you should buy a multivitamin like centrum and take it once a day to replace the vitamins you dont get in the day. Multivitamins doesn't get you fat. and if you are doing exercises you need calcium and things like that. If i were you i would take multivitamins.

That's a dreadful diet. You are also overdosing on carrots. A healthy diet for you, which would also encourage weight loss: five small meals a day at regular intervals, including breakfast oatmeal with dried raisins, cranberries or apricots. A piece of fruit afterwards. Drink water or a herb tea, but don't flood your stomach.

Snack meal mid morning - oat cake or rice cracker with hummus or sheep/goat cheese. Water or herb tea or green tea.

Mixed grain salad with plenty of leafy greens, red peppers, tomatoes. Quinoah is especially good. Another piece of fruit (not banana if you already had one at breakfast time).

Afternoon snack: batons of carrot and celery.

Evening meal: home-made vegetable soup with a piece of wholemeal bread. Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables. Or salmon with brown rice and veg. Or a light curry with pulses and vegetables. Fruit.

Don't flood your stomach with liquids. Have your drinks at least half-an-hour before you eat. You need 2000 calories a day, to maintain health. The weight will be lost if you are active and walking, doing housework, etc. A class where you could share with others would be better than running alone. It sounds rather like you are suffering from depression, so socializing will help.

Don't count calories too much, apparently if you lower your calorie intake your body will think it only needs that much, and consuming more after that could make things worse
don't be in a hurry to lose weight, weight lost fast tends to come back fast. (in other words, no shortcuts) also dramatic weight changes can mess with your hormones.
eliminate as much saturated fat, processed foods, and sugar as possible...the liver helps you loose weight AND detoxifys you, but if it's its busy clearing out poison, then it can't help as much with weight.
i started just have a little bit of milk with cereal in the morning (used to drink alot of it, and parents started getting whole milk) and replacing most other drinks with water...cheese is made of milk so watch for the saturated fat and possible over-processing.
it's not the best thing for you but caffeine has been known to speed things up (but the cream and sugar in that coffee can more harm than good so it should be as black as possible?)
just some simple stuff. Good luck!

Lost about 20-30lbs since last June (i gotta look back and see what i was before, but close enough since i'm only 5ft even)
mainly from diet changes, Wii-fit, and trying to not stress
