Question: Bloated before period? ?

so my period could come any day now and I'm bloated. it this normal?

Answers:

Every time I'm about to have my period I get really bloated, and not my stomach only, like, face,arms etc. And gain like 4 pounds! but it's only temporary, then when I'm on my period I loose it all which is good, and it's because your body retains water :)
