ok ya that happened to me but idk sometimes you have to go through a few to get it comfortable, shove it even farther next time because its impossible to go too far but reallly easy to not put it in far enough(:

If you can feel it then you either put it in wrong or you are using way to high an absorbtion. Make sure you read the leaflet very carefully and keep it with you when you put the tampon in. If it feels dry and sore when you try to take it out after 4-8hours then the absorbtion is definetly to high. Sort this out and then try again. Also try to relax, if your nervous the muscles will tighten more and the insertion will be sore.

Yes you put it in wrong. You should not be able to feel it. Make sure you are using the right size tampons for your flow, and try putting it in while crouching over the toilet, it puts the body in a position to easily insert it. Make sure you are putting your fingers on the end of the larger part of the tampon and not putting them on the small slender end.

Yes u have inserted it wrong , put it in this way .. lie on ur side on a flat surface and pull ur knees up to ur chest then insert it u should not be able to feel it at all. What age are u btw ? xx
