REALLY COLD :( PLEASE HELP?!

Question: REALLY COLD :( PLEASE HELP?

My feet are really cold,I seriously mean like extremely cold, and my hands are cold too, my nails are blue. And I tried taking a hot bath, I tried washing my feet & hands with warm water like 3 times. And I'm wearing warm clothes, and 2 pair of thick socks with 1 pair of slippers...but my feet are still REALLY cold :s what can I do to get warm?? and please don't say drink hot chocolate or something, because I don't like hot chocolate, and I'm not in the mood to eat :/

Eating uses a lot of blood for digestion. Most people have a much harder time keeping their hands and feet warm on a full stomach or if they nibble food. So eating has a large impact. But if they really are still blue now after all this time and all that you have done - then I would call 911.

Ur blood is not circulating well go to the ER it can be threating.

I would contact your local doctor and ask some questions about it!! It may not be too serious but you never know!!
