Question: Does advil help with period cramps?
my cramps are like hurting a lot . i tried eating bananas and all that jazz but my cramps are still hurting . do u know anything that would help with period cramps ? 10 points best answerrrr :D

Advil works great! If it's hurting bad take three now then take two in four hours. You should be able to keep the dose at one or two after you knock the pain out with the bigger dose. If you're late on a dose and the cramps come back full force its back to taking three.
yes advil does work but i find that liqued advil caps work better
