nausea during your period? D:?!

Question: Nausea during your period? D:?
I have always had cramps while on my period. Then lately, they get so bad i cry and i now get killer headaches (not migraines), and really bad lower back pain. I found that ibuprofen helps with all of that, but now im always getting nauseous and nothing seems to help. I stay curled up on my bed in tears.

Is this normal? Is there anything i can do to fix it?
btw, if it helps... im 15, a virgin, and never been to the gyno

Answers:

I wonder if the ibuprofen is upsetting your stomach. Are you eating with every dose? That isn't easy for me so sometimes I just wash them down with a glass of milk and that seems to help. I have tossed those pills back up though when I've tried to take them on an empty stomach.

it is normal to feel all those things during your period. If your looking for something that may help you should speak to a doctor about it because they are likely to know more. I think there is something you can take but you need to speak to a doctor first.
