For me to help can you answer a few questions...
Do you shave the area? The cuts you are talking about are they on top of the pubic area or around the labia(your lips)

The red bumps are boils which are caused by ingrown hairs!! Avoid shaving for a while.
Do not touch the area because the bacteria causes infection. If you do start shaving exfoliate the skin after 48h and do so regularly.
The tears are thrush! It is not a severe infection. You do not need to have itching and discharge to have it. Avoid putting creams on the area or perfumes because this causes thrush. If you have a thrush cream apply it to the area.ALWAYS wash your hands before and after to avoid spreading bacteria. If you do not have a thrush cream apply Natural/Greek yogurt to the area regularly.
could be something serious, don't see why you wouldn't go to your doctor. we can't help you on here like the doctor can....?
