Please help! How do you put in a tampon!?!

(: hmmkay well here are the steps (:
1. wash hands (:
2. open tampon
3(: put up the end of the applicator to ur vagina hole.
4. push the end and make sure tampon is going in
5 when u are finish the applicator should just pull out
6.and the string should be outside ofyou (:
7. make sure u dont see any white from the tampon
8 if you see some tampon sticking out push it the restof the way in with your finger (:
9 dont wear more then 8 hours and change each time you use the rest room because u pee out of the same hole (:
10 wash hands (:

It's 3 parts: inner cotton plug, and a smaller and bigger tube.

Grasp the tampon by the rings with your middle finger and thumb. Insert it as far as you can, then take your pointer finger and push the inner small tube up into the bigger tube, which will force the cotton plug up inside you. Then just pull out the now-pushed together tube.

It may take some practice so don't panic. And be sure and do it when you have time, not at a pool, like I did, for the first time. >:(

There should be instructions in the box, read them. (:
