Girls help please!!?? Why does it hurt sooooo bad?!

The ovary is normally deep in the abdominal area approximately 2 to 3 inches above the pelvic bone and two to 3 inches left and right of the mid line and 3 inches down toward the spine. Just where was it popping out? I suspect it was not an ovary popping out but rather the small intestine getting a gas trap or pinch that some people call a stitch. They hurt as you describe but can be pushed around to relieve the pressure and pain. They hurt real bad because the gas build up is stretching the intestinal wall so hard that the tissue hurts like a balloon ready to pop.

The pain is a good indicator to try to massage it in a way to move the gas along before some of the intestines get too stretched. You can probably experiment and find a way to relieve the pain with a little massage. If not then you will want the doctor to examine it.

How do you know its your ovary? Did a doctor examine and make a diagnosis? Either way if you were my daughter I'd take you to the doctor! Anytime something has to be "popped back in" a doctor should definitely be consulted! Tell your mom you want to see the doc! If you guys don't have insurance go to a free clinic! Obviously something is wrong and you need to be evaluated internally.. You may be furthering your injuries by applying pressure to it and it may damage it long term. Best of luck!
