This is very normal. It takes years for you to become regular even if you are regular for awhile. So it is normal for girls your age to go months without it. It will come and don't stress over it because stress can delay a period for even longer.
Well they don't always come at an exact time remember this. If it's a whole month then you should be worried, masturbation has nothing to do with it so that's out. I believe it may just be late, but if it goes on then you may want to get checked there's a disease I believe with egg cells that doesn't allow periods. I really hope you don't have that though!
