okay so i just had sex last night and when i was done my vagina really hurt and it was bloated now it went down and it don't hurt as much as last night but my vagina has something sticking out in the middle idk if its a piece of skin but it looks really gross wat could it be and what Should i do?

sounds like your hymen (a thin skin membrane) broke, that's probably what you can see sticking out, and that's probably also why it hurt when you had sex
This piece of skin is normal. If this was your first time having sex or the first time ever looking down there after having sex, that would simply be your broken hymen and nothing to worry about.
