Will my mom be find just wondering?!

This weekend she has to get ready for Monday morning cause she is getting a full hysterectomy + gal bladder taken out, she is worried I want her to be okay, she is 63yrs still young, and she has to drink liquid stuff this weekend no food, like broth, soda, and jello and stuff like that, But the thing is the reason she has to get a full hysterectomy is because when they where looking at her stomach they found a large mass on one of them, and it was big as a baby's head? So I was wondering, What could that be, They are going to take that out and run some tests on that, You think she'll be find ever heard of anything like that? thanks.....
