Question: I seriously have no boobs. please help!!!!?
Heyy guys, so this was very embarrassing for me to post this.. but oh well, i need some advice. Ok well i am fourteen years old, turning 15 in a couple of months, and i am like as flat as a board. I'm very skinny, do heaps of dancing and have very fast metabolism, so i know this plays a very big part in the size of my boobs. I do eat a lot though, and no matter how much i eat i don't get any bigger. Some of you might say to quit dancing but i don't want to do that, i lovee it. So i was just wondering if there is any way i can increase my breast size; naturally ( or make my breasts grow faster) and something that actually works. If there is a certain cream or pill in which you know works, i just want to say now that i am not interested in anything that is not safe (like increased risk of breast cancer.) I know you are probably thinking "oh god, here we go with another one of these questions" but it would be greatly appreciated if you can help me. I know that every women is different, and that all shapes and sizes of breasts are beautiful, but i think that it would not only improve my confidence, but also my personal happiness. Its very embarrassing going to the beach with my friends, and i do wear padded bikini tops and everything, but it doesn't help. I'm not wishing to be a C or D cup, i just want to be able to fit into an A cup, it would be nice.

Push ups girl, push ups, they make your muscles on your chest bigger and make your chest appear bigger. Cuz unless you get a boob job, there is really no other way to increase the size of you breasts. I's all genetics, if you got the genes for big boobs you will have it, if not, too bad. Learn to love your body, don't worry about something you can't control.



Start weightlifting. Focus a bit more maily on upperbody such as pull up bar variations, shoulder excercises, then of course chest machine excercises. This is not a guarantee for bigger boobs being boobs are fatty tissue glands this will though give you a more athletically built chest which can help in appearnce dramatically. Hey maybe you'll become alittle stronger.



All in genetics, if you mom, or anyone on her side of the family has small "boobs" then most likely you will have them. Getting pregnant will increase the size of boobs.



Do some push ups, it tones the muscles and makes them look bigger.

I hope this answer isn't too stupid for you but you are rather young to be worrying about such stuff. Relax and let nature do it's stuff. There isn't a whole lot you can do about it to begin with.

You are seriously healthy and this delays your maturity. My vegan husband is serious about health He grew one inch at 34 years of age and his hair went from blond when married him at 21 to brown. Now it is turning grey So we've gone through some seasons together.

You can gain more weight by slowing down when you eat. Chew slowly and enjoy your food longer. The longer it stays in the mouth the more nourishment your body can get from it. You may be overloading the stomach and working out too hard on a full stomach which makes it hard for your body to digest food properly. In gym class after lunch it was not uncommon to see my fellow classmates throw up. The body was saying I can not do both these things at the same time. Digestion especially the first hour requires a lot of blood. So no heavy exercise on a full stomach, mild exercise is ok and good but not heavy.

This should help you gain weight and breast size.
