Pleasse, please someone answeer!! INSERTING TAMPONS?!

Well if your a dancer sweety it'll be alot more comfortable for you if you use the tampax sport tampons since they are designed for alot of movement. And all you do is unwrap it and you'll see that it's in a tube looking thing with string sticking out and you'll also see that when you push the stick alil that you start to push that tampon pad out. Test with one just by lookin at what it does when push on the stick. Now when your putting it in you have to be either sitting all the way on a toilet or something or standing straight up. Dont puch the stick part in until you have the plastic tube thing almost all the way in. Then after its all the way in push the stick thing in until it stops with out causeing too much pain it'll hurt and be just alil bit uncomfortable at first since it's you first time using one.Once it's in where it stops make sure you have quite a bit of string hanging out so that when you need to take it out you'll have plenty of string to pull. Also when you take it out EVERY 3 or 4 hours (so that its doesn't cause an infection due to the blood being blocked from coming out) make sure you relax down there and pull slowly so the string doesn't break and so its not hard to get it out cause if your tensing up its gonna be uncomfortable.
