what happens in a physical (female)?!

Question: What happens in a physical (female)?
i'm 14 and will be 15 in may.. i just recently asked my mother to call about making an appointment with a doctor. both a physical and a checkup on something.
i need the physical, well it's good to have a physical.. and i haven't had one ever. I need it most of all since i'm a vegan and want to know what i should be taking in. i need to be checked up for something else..

my question is what happens in a physical for women?

Answers:

well...
usually they will do your blood pressure, pulse, weight, check your urine. the doctor will listen to your chest, lungs.
they will talk to you about your lifestyle, and because you are vegan , probably do a blood test to see if you are anaemic.
they will ask if you use any drugs, smoke or are sexually active. your mum should not be in the room, and they cannot tell her what you say.
i don't know what else you need to be checked for as you have not said.
if you are sexually active, they will need to do a pap smear, and this involves inserting a speculum into our vagina to open it up and they take a swab of your cervix. if you have had unprotected sex you should be tested for STIs.

with my doctor they take u get ur hight and weight measured. sometimes eye sight i only had it done because i needed it for sports. after that blood pressure and the doctor comes in and checks heart and breathing rate and then makes u lay down and feels if everything is functioning properly and asks if uve been feeling pain lately or something like that and if u have any questions itd b now to ask away and then checks ur back (well idk if thats every1 i just have spastic muscles so they check when i go in) and thats it nothing to big
