what happens at the end stage is that it grows so big that it engulfs you and will suffocate you whilst raping you with a flap of your bellybutton that forms into a 12 inch penis. it will rape you to death.
It depends what you mean by bigger. If you mean its seeming deeper then that can just be a little weight gain, but if you have any lumps or swelling you should see a doctor it my be nothing or it could be something but better safe than sorry.
f you don't want to go to a doctor then you won't know what exactly is happening to you and if something really is happening to you, you don't know how to cure it as well :/ so still, go to a doctor!
