i ran out of pads and tampons.. HELP?!

Get some toilet paper and fold it like if it were a pad. Lots of it. Or use a rag like the old fashioned way. Good luck!

Use either toilet paper wrapped around your underwear or a clean piece of cotton or facecloth - many women use cloth menstrual pads because they're more hygienic and comfortable than commercial pads like Always, so makeshift cloth pads with cloth wrapped round your underwear is totally fine.

this may sound gross but, wrap a wash cloths the your underwear. and try not to wear light colored pants. if its really really extremley heavy use the washcloth and add loads of tissue because it works like a pad

Your mom probably is back from store by now
. But in case it happens again, just fold a small towel and place inside your underpants and stay home till she gets back.
