My hair is becoming thin, health condition? help?!

Question: My hair is becoming thin, health condition? help?
I just recently lost a drastic amount of weight, i made myself sick for months. I haven't done it in 2 months. My mom pointed out that my hair is very thin. I have died my hair alot, and its never been like this. I used to have a wild head of hair. Could this be a health problem

Answers:

It'll probably be from malnutrition if you were sick and lost loads of weight. Dying it doesnt help either. Get some of that repairing shampoo and conditioner for dry hair and start drinking 8 cups of water every day. Also getting some of those daily multi vitamin tablets would help a lot. Eat lots of fruit and veg and make sure you get some protein like meat or eggs.

I think its more likely to be from losing all that weight and making yourself sick for so long. Your hair and nails suffer if you dont get enough vitamins and water.

There are some factor that cause thinning hair, one of them is stress, disease, I think you should go to doctor or specialist to consult your problem and in the mean time you can try with home remedies to solve your thinning hair since its safe for your hair and scalp and consume vitamins that needed for your hair.

Mental health issues could be the problem. Consider all the questions you've asked over the years. Maybe you're lonely, and need attention, quality attention.

I'll pray for you.

it is usually hereditary and happens alot, just get some hair skin and nails vitamins.
