Question: What's wrong with me?

Hello everyone....So this past week I've had terrible mouth ulcers,bigger than 1cm and extremely painful,it's really hard to eat!...Also my teeth start to hurt as well now...My skin has worsen these days,(worse acne)...And finally back pains!....Sooo what's wrong?Could it be avitaminosis??....Or a sudden change in ,my SYSTEM,like a new allergy or something?I haven't changed my dieting habits at all so it's really strange...
