I was looking at my vagina in a mirror and I noticed this lotion like thick stuff literally coming out of the hole of my vagina. It didn't smell, it was pure white, was thick, and was like lotion. But its NOT lotion or soap. I know that for sure! And I'm a virgin.

Sounds as if you may have bacterial vaginosis it common the reason you do'nt have an odor is due to you not being sexually active I would recommend just wiping from front to back when you use the rest room as well as eating plain yogurt this will prevent you from itching, but whatever you do, do not go to a doctor this thing will go away on its on!
No need to worry. You were ovulating which is normal. Ovulating occurs when a small tiny eggs drop from your ovaries which increases a females chances of getting pregnant. This usually occurs 10-14 days after a menstrual cycle. If you have a lot of this and it's to much then you should try seeing if your parents can take you to a doctor.
Most likely a Discharge. It's a way of your vagina cleaning itself. Don't worry, It happens to most girls. If your that worried about it, see a doctor no matter how awkward it is.
