I need reassurance, there's a very very very low chance that i'm pregn!

Question: I need reassurance, there's a very very very low chance that i'm pregnant, correct?
I've been on birth control pills for 5 months and take them perfectly. i'm only recently sexually active, and normally a paranoid person so even though i'm on birth control and my and my partner are std-free and not seeing other people, he always uses condoms.
yesterday we weren't so smart though, he reused a condom (that he never ejaculated in) ((and i didn't know or else i would have made him get a new one)), but i'm concerned that he could of pre-***ed and the "weak" condom couldve had a hole in it or something. oh, and he also soft at the time of re-using said condom (whiskey d*ck hah) and he we were trying to get it up and see if him putting it in me would help it at all. it didn't. but we were intoxicated so we tried it.
questions: could he have pre-***ed in the condom while soft? what are the chances of there being a hole in it, and pre-*** coming out and possibly getting me pregnant?
I know it's probably really low, but i'm paranoid and better safe than sorry. you can be no more drunk sex.

****please don't lecture me on poor choices, i'm already aware, just answer my questions please. thank you!

Answers:

It's possible that there was sperm in the condom and possible that there was a hole in the condom.

However, the Pill, used perfectly, is 99.7% effective at preventing pregnancy.

Most women in your situation would NOT be using a condom in addition to the Pill.

I don't think you've made any poor choices. If anything, you are excessively cautious.
