Question: Cloudy urine worry!? Um....?

I'm a 14 year girl, haven't had my period, but have had signs such as a clear discharge, and other signs of puberty... Weigh 98 lbs, 5'3" but a very fast metabolism. And um... I just had cloudy urine. First time. What could it be? Should I worry?
