Run around your local neighborhood. Not only will you be able to solicit advice on the spot from your local friends and neighbors, but you may get lucky and experience excercise-induced explosive diarrhea. Should this occur, try not to aim at small children or the elderly.
This is a no-brainer. GO TO THE DOCTOR. There's no reason to be afraid of going to the doctor. If the problem is embarrassment, the doctor probably will make you tell how it happened, but no one outside of the medical records will know about it.

how did it get there ? try telling the doctor that you slipped out of the shower and accidently fell right on the bottle with your anus, i'm sure he'll buy it and never cross his mind that you're gay : ))
