Could there be something in my diet that is killing my sex drive?!

Question: Could there be something in my diet that is killing my sex drive?
Its very upsetting and i want it back. Any ideas and yes i've heard of the more you have it the more you want it.

Answers:

medications can dull your sex drive, or do the opposite.. i don't know if you are on any but if you are its worth a bet they might have something to do with it..
if you are eating junk food that can make this happen. eat plenty of fruit and veg and keep well hydrated. lay off caffeine as much as poss. (green tea is really good for you)
get some exercise each day even if its just a walk around the block..
talk to your partner too... maybe have a talk about your sex life and see if there is anything new you both can try to spice it up a bit to maybe appeal to you more??
good luck!!

Alcohol - increases desire - but kills the body on many fronts. Tobacco - constricts blood vessels, removes normal taste sensations and slowly poisons the body. High fatty foods - do the same as Alcohol only slower and do lead to impotance and lack of drive.

High fatty foods being things like deep fried foods, cheeses, chips and dips, power drinks and bars. etc..................

High sugary foods - give a lot of energy but way too much too soon so the bodies liver converts all that excess glocose (blood sugar) to fat..

Is it any wonder we can get so big we can hardly move - our drive many of us is gone.

on diet, try aphrodisiac foods:
1. sea foods and clam shells
2. pepper

but better to have exercise and relieve stress...
This can be one of the major factors in lowering your libido...

Maybe it would help to tell us what your diet is.

Protein and iron help. Eat some red meat.
