Pcos hairthining, how could igrow it back? Please help!?!

Question: Pcos hairthining, how could igrow it back? Please help!?
Okay I'm 18 I've ALWAYS! Had long thick curly/wavy hair. But as the yrs went by inoticed it'll get thinner over time not a big change it was still thick but not how it was
But recently not kidding from 4months ago my hair was from wavy/curly thick long healthy hair, to really thin lifeless hair it doesn't have much texture anymore. (Ihad to quit my job that's when inoticed in those months my hair was fallin from the stress that ihad to quit). From the top its really thin where my bangs part and the tempales slpit its pretty wide and shows my scalp, my crown area and top is really thin and fragile, and the bottom is too but not as much iwould think it would be thinner on bottom since ibleach. A peice of my bottom hair red.
Inever ever did much to my hair inever straighten or curl or put products in my hair all ido is dye that pice of hair.

Ialready went to cut my hair so it won't fall as much, itake omega3 vitamins ialso crush vitamins for hair and nails on my shampoo I've seen difference in my nails.ibought some leave in tea tree conditoner dat supposebly helps hair grow but its still been thinning. Its hard to put it in a bun now cause it slides ride off or it can't get a good grip, leaving it down just looks blehh.

Also 2yrs ago my lashes fell off I've always had long thick lashes ialways got compliments on my hair and lashes they thought iwould wear extension and fake lashes. My lashes grew back long but not how they uset to.(so imagine losing the only things that made u feel pretty and like a girl cuase idont feel pretty or like a girl even tho people say:( my eyebrows also fell off but they grew back right away iwas hoping with my hair too but idont see it gettin better isee it worse. Ithought with losing weight as ihave help level my hormones to stop facial hair and hairloss its been helping with facial hair.

Please anyone help its really pickin at me iknow I'm strong but this is gettin to me

Answers:

You need to see a doctor about it. Your eyelashes falling off is not normal, nor is hair loss to that degree.

Some hair thinning is normal - personally mine thinned out quite a bit during my college years and though I was certainly upset, there wasn't anything that could be done about it. The strands themselves seemed to change, they became less coarse. But, its still thicker than my sister's hair and its easier to style now.
