Even if you were pregnant, you would have NO symptoms yet. Not for about 5-6 wks...the painful breasts are a sign of oncoming period...usually. If you haven't had unprotected sex....there is no reason to worry. But not a good idea to use such a personal item w/out cleaning it w/alcohol at least....

Sperm only lives about 48 hours within the female body. And that's the dark, moist female body, not the harsh, dry outside world. We're talking almost instant death here.
