I'm out of tampons and pads on my period and it's heavy ?!

Put toilet paper in your underwear and then go and talk to your dad. I wouldn't be embarrassed. He knows you are a woman and on your period. And its your dad! Just tell him you need tampons/pads because you ran out. If its too heavy to go with him, tell him what you use or show him the empty box and stay on the toilet until he gets back. If you can make it to the drug store with him with toilet paper in your underwear then get him to take you and grab some stuff and then go on home.

All I can say is use toilet paper and lots of it until your mom gets home if you don't want to ask your dad. Or take a bath?

Jsut be open with ur dad..say u need some personal supplies because u r completely out of them.
