see it's not important for you to have cramps or discharge or hairy armpits and pubic area

Yep. First periods can be little weird& it will come inconsistently for a few months. The discharge is normal& sometimes dried blood mixed with discharge in your undies can appear brown & a little like "tissue paper" although I probably wouldn't describe it that way.
Get some pads/tampons, a thing of rockyroad icecream& just chill. Btw, you're losing fluid& iron right now so drink plenty of water & try making a point of eating red meat, spinach, or something with iron.

Sure sounds like a period. Granted the blood is usually for a few days but if you are just starting it takes a while to settle down.
It'll probably start soon. Acne is a good sign of your period. You don't and won't always get cramps which stinks because then it's like a surprise period.
