Question: Im worried what do you think?
for about a week i haven't really been feeling like eating.i eat i do not starve myself but im just not really hungry i just eat to eat cause i need to eat but ive lost like 2 1/2 pounds im not throwing up but the other day i ate a sandwhich and i didn't want it like i had to literally force it down im just scared that i would become anorexic yeah i want to loose weight to get healthier but why am i feeling like this? well im only eating 2 meals a day now cause i dont feel like eating breakfast or if i do its kinda like brunch so im guessing thats why and plus i have been stressed out so do you think its that. should i worry about this? an i drink alot of fluids like juice... so i was thinking that could be a factor too that im probably foul fr that and dont want food.

The stress will affect your appetite

Just don't get depressed because that won't help

Watch the weight loss

Be happy when a pound drops off the scales unless you get really thin, then go see a doctor
