Is my weight to much?!


Question: Is my weight to much?
I am 14, 5'3" and 107. I actually weigh from 107-110. It's wierd one week I will be this weight and then go up or go down. But whatever. But Is that a good weight? The only thing that bothers me is my HUGE thighs. I am soo self concious about them. I don't wear any shorts above my knees and am embaressed to wear a bathing suit.

At 5'3 and at age 14, that weight is perfectly fine. And as for being self conscience of your thighs, that is something almost EVERY woman has a problem with. Almost all of us are not 100% happy with a certain part of our bodies. I bet anything your thighs don't look as bad as you imagine they do, but if you do want to get some tips on how to perhaps tone them so you might feel better is doing some exercise such as, lunges, squats or just go on a small walk or run at night.



Haha I have huge thighs too! I'm not really sure anything other than genetics can change that. Maybe if you do some cycling and jogging it may shrink them a bit...Don't be embarrassed though! If you take care of yourself and be a nice person, people will respect you a LOT :)

I think your weight is fine. Make sure you eat healthy and exercise a fair bit, and you will continue to be ok! The weight swings are part of growing up, my weight did the same.

EDIT: Squate and lunges are strength training exercises. They will make your thighs bigger!



Your weight is fine. If anything you should gain a couple more pounds. Try thigh exercises. I think thighs come from family.

you're a little underweight, i would say... but if you're worried about your thighs then work out.
