I literally have no clue what this could be, any ideas?!

Question: I literally have no clue what this could be, any ideas?
so this morning i woke up and took my pad out. however, when i did i noticed a weird clump of whitish stuff stained with blood. i put on gloves and took out out and set it on a paper towel. it's the shape of a uterus. i doubt my uterus fell out, but this has never happened to me. to list sort of abnormal things that have happened to me recently regarding my nether area, i've had implanon installed in my arm (a hormonal contraceptive) and i had unprotected sex twice in two days but he only came in me the second time. this is the first time i've had my period since the implanon. comparatively it's been less crampy and less heavy but this weird thing has never happened to me. any idea what it could be?

Answers:

I have not been able to find any doctor directly saying what this is. But the internet is full of the stories when you search "white vaginal tissue", "white tissue from vagina", etc. There's no real consensus, but I have seen a lot of talk about it being a thickened layer of the uterine wall tissue. Many women with the white tissue story were using hormonal contraceptives at the time. The hormones could change things up enough to thicken that layer. Then again, many women are using them in general and haven't had this happened. Since those women were on hormonal contraceptives they have a history of condom-less sex. But again, many women have. There's less talk that the tissue is an ovarian cyst. Several people said they were expressly told by medical staff "it's not possible to pass an ovarian cyst vaginally", but they also didn't get any other answer.

I have personally seen a "discharge" like this. It happened during a normal-ish period. There was a lot of pain suddenly, like my cramps amped up to eleven. Then I was fine. I went to swap out my tampon and discovered normal menstrual blood in the tampon, a few small typical (for me) blood clots and "OMG, WTF IS THAT". It was firm, white-ish nearly translucent springy tissue; most definitely not a blood clot. I saved it in a baggie, but my doctor was on vacation and his partner blew me off by phone (it being a Friday night and all). But no contraceptives and I was celibate that the time.

I'm sorry, but this will likely remain a mystery for you as it is for others. Geez, I feel like I'm talking about UFO abductions here.

No idea, sorry.
Perhaps you should take it to your Dr's to look at?
It's normal to pass clots.

Is there any chance you could have been pregnant?

Regarding having unprotected sex. He does not have to not come in you.
It takes one sperm to get pregnant and sperm are in pre-come.
