REALLY PAINFUL periods, that make me cry, all the time?!
Question: REALLY PAINFUL periods, that make me cry, all the time?
omg,my periods are SO SO SOOOOOO painful, all i do all day is:
* lay on the sofa with my quilt , watch in a boring film on the telly
* have a hot water bottle/pillow and SQUEEZE IT LIK MAD!!
* hav my quilt
then i dont get to sleep untll lik 3:30-5 and thne get up, cos i cant take it anymore and then, on the sofa again UGH , oh and plus i have them for 7days(not over due) and, i have had them since i was 9, iam now 13 x x x

its ok dear i know what ur feeling i dont hate them cause i always think at the end il get the most beautiful gift a child take care HAVE A PAIN KILLER it works
try birth controll to lighten/ shorten/ stop them
