Question: Helping Daughter Lose Fat?
I am helping my 11 year old daughter to lose weight.

I want to help her lose 30 lbs by December.

I bought a treadmill and I am monitoring what type of foods she eats (no rice or noodles).

How many miles she she go on the tread a day to reach the goal?

Answers:

Just have her looses more calories then she eats. Have her keep a journal of what she eats. But sign her up for dance instead or soccer. That way shes also having fun.
