Answers:

Change when yew wake up .. Any time at skool between 1st period & lunch . Then after skool , then b4 yew go 2 bed .. Although , this depends on ur blood flow . Is it heavy or light ? But , I wud NOT recommend a tampon (NO NO NO) Use Always? .. Other tips , eat more frequently 2 reduce craps (No junk food) , consume plenty of dairy products . . If yew feel crampyy 2 the point at which yew can take it anymore , I wud recommend Advil? .. Make sure yew stay calm , keep ur stress level down ..

My cranium ..

every 2-4 hours. or when you start to feel heavy.
word of advice, use tampons..they are so much easier as you can feel when you need to change them.

always change your pad in the morning around lunch and after school and before you go to bed, when using a tampon change them every 4-6 hours, and NEVER sleep with one in.

Use tampons ! It's not scary I promise. :)

I used to be scared to use tampons when my period started, then I had to deal with the leakage and all... and that's no fun. Tampons are awesome and they last longer.

Ohhh I remember this. Ok change them every 2-4 hours. You can check in between as do I. And always but a new on before you go 2 bed and when u wake up in the morning :)

change your pads 2 days before and after your period. it depend your cycle. some girls have cycles of 27 days while some have 31. depends on your body.

Just change them every few hours. When the flow gets heavier, you'll have to change them more. Since this is your first period however, I doubt it will be very heavy.

well personally... use tamponss.... but if not put one on in the morning change it at lunch change after school then put a overnight one on before you sleep
