What are the signs of nephritis? I am being treated for a uti the doc thinks has gotten into my kidneys. They gave me bactrim. In the past 4 days all I want to do is sleep, i have cramping, nausea, and pain in my stomach and back. Should I just go to my doc again and have him check me for that?
