My GF! Gets Really Bad Cramps? IDK What To Do!?!

Question: My GF! Gets Really Bad Cramps? IDK What To Do!?
My GF is 15. And she gets really bad cramps. They only last like 2 days! Sometimes she comes over to my house! And when my parents arent home we will just lay on the couch. And she will be crying because they hurt so bad :(! I FEEL SO BAD! I WISH I COULD MAKE THEM GO AWAY! I try my best!

1. So i get a wash cloth, and run it under hot water. And put it on her tummy. And just hold it there with her in my arms

2. I also give her massages. Like on her tummy! She said it makes her feel better! And I don't mind giving them :D.

3. I also massage her back, and neck! And shoulders, and kiss her neck!

4. I put in a movie for us to watch!

5. I talk to her to try to get her mind off the pain.

6. She lays on her stomach because she says that it feels good! So i just put my hand between her and the couch and massage her waist!

People have told me that sex helps! But were only 15, and I respect her too much to do that!

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO! I CANT SEE HER LIKE THIS ANYMORE! ITS KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Answers:

How often does this happen and if it is like once a month, it is probably her period.

You're doing great. The only other thing I would suggest for her is a painkiller like ibuprofin or aleve.
The sex thing... it doesn't change it much except it's a distraction. A painkiller will definitely make a bigger difference.

Try giving her a pain reliever like advil (but only use the correct dosage). Also, drinking water can help. You could also try fill a water bottle up with warm water and laying it across her stomach.

Those cramps don't sound normal she should see a doctor

tell her to go to the doctor... they will prob. give her birthcontrol if its because her cramps

hi

First of all, you are doing a great job! It must be hard for you seeing the girl you love in pain and I'm sure she appreciates what you are doing.

Is it period pain she gets or IBS cramps? You do not say, but with any kind of abdominal pain, hot water bottles help, a warm bath, massages, distracting her with a movie is a good idea but when you get cramps or pain, they generally over-ride any activity you are doing.

You are under age for sex but I guess you know that, and I think its fantastic that you respect your gf to the degree that you do. I wouldn't advise any sexual contact if she has cramps, they may exacerbate the problem and make her feel worse.
Painkillers are a great temporary relief but ideally you need to find out what the cause is if you don't already know.

Keep doing your best, stick by her, hold her hand when it hurts, tell her you're there for her, and offer to support her at the doctors. If this is a persistent problem and its period related, there are tablets called mefanamic acid which the gp can give her and they are brilliant. If its not period related, when it's real bad call nhs direct or go to a and e, or go see the gp with her and they should refer her to a gynaecologist.

I hope this helps you.

Personal experience and my gf is writing this answer and suffers from terrible abdominal pain. Period related and other causes.

my god you are one nice boyfriend mine never give any shits :') well yeahh everything your doing is right, also a really hot bath is goooddd, heck u cud put ur cozzies on and chill in a nice bubblee bath or sumthingg alsoo give her strong painkillers like ibroufen rather than paracteamol and you dont have to have sexx, fingering alone helps so yano.. and she can see the doctor and get pills to stop stomach cramps, or goon the pill for birth control cos that helps too :))

i used to have them baaaaaaaaad till i went on the pill :)
